By accessing mypupblanket.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your order applies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legally authorized representative of a business, to purchase on this site. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise;
• Order totals are confirmed at checkout before payment;
• We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, fraud risk, or prohibited content.

A contract of sale is formed only when we accept and process your order and payment.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charge for your order at the time of purchase.

5. Customer-Submitted Content

You upload photos and provide text used to create your custom blanket. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you submit, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You grant MyPupBlanket a limited license to use that content solely to produce and fulfill your order.

We may refuse to produce orders containing unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content, and may issue a refund in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, artwork styles, templates, and original materials are owned by MyPupBlanket and may not be copied or reused without permission. Content you submit remains yours; our use of it is limited to fulfilling your order as described above.

7. Product Accuracy

Screen colors and materials can differ slightly from the finished product, and minor variation is normal in handmade and printed goods. Please review your preview before ordering. Substantial issues are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPupBlanket is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
