Refund Policy

1. Custom & Personalized Items

Each blanket is produced specifically for you after your approved preview, using the photo, style, size, and text you provide. For this reason, custom and personalized orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item.

2. What We Do Cover

We stand behind the quality of our products. You are eligible for a refund or free replacement if your order arrives:

• Damaged, defective, or visibly flawed in printing or stitching;
• Significantly different from the approved preview you confirmed at checkout (e.g. wrong artwork or wrong blanket color); or
• The wrong item entirely — incorrect size, product, or a shipment that does not match your order.

3. Photo & Preview Approval

Please review your preview carefully before completing your order. Colors on screen can vary slightly from the finished fabric, and small differences in tone or detail are normal and are not considered a defect. Once you approve and purchase, the design is sent to production.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@mypupblanket.com. To help us resolve your case quickly, please include:

• Your order number (and lookup code if you have one);
• A short description of the issue; and
• Clear photos of the received item showing the problem.

5. Review & Resolution

After reviewing your submission we will offer, at our discretion, a free reprint/replacement, a partial credit, or a full refund. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping fees are refunded only when the claim results from our error.

6. Cancel an Order

Because production begins quickly, you may cancel free of charge only before your order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop it. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
