Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Production Time

After your order and approved preview are confirmed, production takes approximately 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and lookup code as soon as your payment is processed.

2. Shipping Rates (US)

• Standard shipping: calculated at checkout;
• Free shipping on orders over $89;
• Express options, where available, are shown at checkout.

Final shipping cost is always displayed before you pay — there are no hidden fees.

3. Estimated Delivery

Once your blanket ships, typical transit times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days after production;
• Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days after production;
• Other regions: 10–20 business days depending on carrier and customs.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier volume, weather, remote addresses, and customs clearance on international orders.

4. Order Tracking

When your item ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page using the lookup code from your confirmation email.

5. Shipping Address & Delays

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not able to reliably reroute a package once it has shipped. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or unreachable address, reshipping may require an additional fee.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Taxes & Duties (International)

For orders outside the United States, any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery. These are set by your local authorities and are not part of our checkout total.
