How do I create a custom blanket?

Creating your personalised blanket is easy! Simply upload a photo of your dog, add their name, and choose your preferred color. We’ll handle the rest!

How long does it take to receive my blanket?

Our blankets are made to order. Production usually takes 3-5 business days, and shipping times usually take 1-2 days.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your blanket arrives damaged or with a mistake, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
